There are a lot of painters out there who are a lot more skillful than just the ability to do straight painting. The trade of painting sometimes gets you a chance to do other home modifications. Many times I have found that I was presented with such activities as replacing baseboards or door casings. Also many times I have been asked If I can install crown molding's. Since I do have the ability to do these installations without any problems I went ahead and did the them. So basically anybody who is taking advantage of a good painter who can prove that they are able to do these different types of tasks or installations it's a bonus, because they also have to paint after that ensuring that the finished product will have to look absolutely perfect.
